  4. Any special features/requests on your proposed website must be made known to us before signup for our service.
  5. Everything is inclusive in the price of £198 for first year. Renewable following year for £89.
  6. No hidden cost.

 

What is not included

  1. Extra Page(s) outside the five pages comes with a cost depending on what goes on the extra page.
  2. You only renew your domain name and hosting at the end of your yearly contract for £89 only.
  3. Any other type of domain (TLD) different from .co.uk name will attract extra charge.
  4. We shall inform you if your desired domain name is available. If not, we shall work with you to make a favourable choice.
  5. Access to the website administrative back end is given to the client after the successful setup.
  6. Website is not open to the public during setup until after completion.
  7. After website is completed with satisfaction, subsequent updating and maintenance shall be paid for by the client on pay-as-you-go term.
  8. There is Email Support support@studiosimperial.com and on WhatsApp Message only. Support is only avalable from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
  9. Access to the cpanel is not included in the service.
